The
sunshine, the
warm, the
beaches…. Anyway the holiday FINALY.
First thing that we saw: The Pinnacles desert, a geological formation create by the erosion. It was an amazing cool place!!
Following by Hutt River Province, the second bigger country in Australia!!! For those who believed (like me!!) they is just one country in Australia, that’s wrong. You can find a little principality, after half an hour of a dirty road, called “Hutt River Province”. It’s probably the smaller country of the world, with a King&Queen, their own money, stamps, etc… It’s definitely an eccentric place, with a lovely King (cf picture).
The next spot was Monkey Mia, the famous dolphins place. Even if it’s too much touristic, that’s for me the closer dolphins saw in Australia, a pure moment! On the same place we discovered “shells beach”, a beach with no sand, just shells.
Next place was Coral Bay on the Ningaloo Marine Park (probably the second most famous reef in Australia). I concretized one of my Australian dream : swim with the sharks and the turtles, an unforgettable moment!!!
After few days, we took the road for Karijini NP, where we met a crazy band of French and Belgian, again some good fun on beautiful and amazing gorges!!!
And the end, on the road to Broome the last day we saw our the bigger road train with four trailers.
So, after three weeks and 2500 km, that it for this trip Perth to Broome, always some pure moment.
For the next, probably find a job (or not) for one week max and enjoy again Australia until the 15th September, date of my departure to New Zeeland.
